Our services can be arranged on a contracted and non-contracted basis.

Contracted services begin:

• after a contract specification is made available to interested parties to tender for providing specific services detailed in it
  
• introductory period of adhoc non-contracted bookings that gives the client the opportunity to assess the service provided

Our organisation offers, in most cases, the inclusion of an introductory period that gives both parties flexibility.

Contracted services also benefit from detailed progress reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual printouts that can, if required be emailed and saved electronically.

Contracted services can also offer discounted prices and the guarantee of fixed costs to help with future financial planning.

All contracted service delivery is subject to the contract specification agreed by the client and CFY.

The contract lifecycle is specifically tailored to each individual client's requirements. These requirements can be adjusted, in partnership over the contract lifetime should this be necessary.

An introductory period can be enforced throughout the initial part of the contract for flexibility. A contract period term can range in months and years and if required can have another term added as an extension.

During the lifetime of the contract our organisation supplies support and experience throughout all contractual issues and developments. A point of contact above our control department is also delivered to deal with specific contractual issues and enquiries.

Within the contract we constantly assess any further business, future business and other way of delivering the service to benefit the client.
