Our experienced control department offers basic verbal quotes over the telephone for non-contracted bookings.
These can vary +/- dependant upon what the client requires, for example O2, wheelchair, etc.
Following the agreed cost, normal practice would see the client producing a faxed booking form confirmation (either theirs or ours) with all instructions relating to the transport required.
This is then passed on to our registering and planning department. Contact is then made before the appointment date/time to ensure that the booking is still relevant. This saves time and costs for all concerned. |
