PATIENT TRANSPORT

Caring for You PTS Ltd focuses primarily on providing a Patient Transport Service (PTS). The individual client decides what level of care the specific patient requires and all the details therein, including time of appointment, special requirements, etc.

During a transport booking our friendly and experienced control personnel are able to guide and inform throughout the whole booking process. This process will involve all relevant information specific to the patient.

PATIENT SERVICES

Transport bookings through PTS include patients:

• Car suitable – no assistance necessary
• Walking ambulance – some assistance required
• Chair transferable – travels in vehicle seat
• Travel in own chair – can not transfer out of wheelchair
• Carry chair – requires 2 person crew to handle across stairs or obstacle
• Stretcher – requires 2 person crew to handle stretcher
• Special requirements – oxygen patient, single use vehicle, MRSA, etc
