STAFF TRAINING

Each of our Ambulance Care Assistants (ACA) has been trained to our high standards through an independent programme and are assessed individually on an annual basis through 1 st Aid, H&S at work, handling and lifting, oxygen therapy and driving assessments.

We have registered and invested in the Criminal Records Bureau for thorough personal checks throughout our organisation.

Our ACA staff is fully identified through photographic identification tags and the outstanding Caring for You PTS Ltd uniform.

This ensures that a level of trust and security is gained from whoever comes into our care and a smart appearance whilst at work is delivered.

All of our staff have employee handbook guidelines to follow relating to working practice that ensures that staff are courteous, professional and efficient at all times.

EXPERTISE

Our organisation's structure is filled with staff able to realise their potential within their current positions.

All staff are trained to the various degrees necessary to maximise effectiveness in each role. New personnel are given training performance targets that they are expected to meet within a certain timescale.

All new employees are subject to a six month satisfactory trial period that actually raises the standards of our whole team.

At CFY we invest in the future of our business by researching individual training programmes for all management staff focussing on building strengths and minimising weakness.
